Local Delivery Process
Georgetown Delivery
Georgetown deliveries are sent out on the next available delivery date after order has been placed.
Georgetown deliveries are done on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Order cut off times for order to be processed on upcoming delivery date is 3pm. If your order is placed after this time it may or may not be able to make the next delivery date and will be fulfilled on the following available delivery date.
Delivery rates are according to service provider, and NOT determined by Khayr Organics. While a standard rate will be applied at checkout, changes can occur. All changes will be communicated immediately, before order is sent out.
Notifications and order tracking updates will be sent out regularly for all local deliveries.
Linden Delivery
Linden deliveries are sent out on the next available delivery date after order has been placed.
Linden deliveries are done every Saturday.
Order cut off times for order to be processed on upcoming delivery date is 3pm every Friday. If your order is placed after this time it may or may not be able to make the next delivery date and will be fulfilled on the following available delivery date.

Berbice Delivery
Berbice deliveries are sent out on the next available delivery date after order has been placed.
Berbice deliveries are done every Saturday.

Other parts of Guyana Delivery Process
Deliveries are available for areas such as Vreed-En-Hoop, Parika, Essequibo, Bartica, Lethem, and Regions where packages can be sent via air transport on the next available delivery date after order has been placed.
Adhoc deliveries are done on the first and last Wednesday and Saturday of every month based on flight availability.

Shipping Policy
Please Allow 24 - 72 hours for your order to be processed.
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the United States and abroad. Upon verification and processing of payment, it can take 1-3 days for your order to be shipped, excluding weekend and holidays.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within a timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request to change the address. However if we are unable too, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information entered by the buyer.
In the event your item is not deliverable to you and is returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item( minus the shipping fees)
Shipping fees are non refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Khayr Organics, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped.International Shipping usually takes 3-10 business days to arrive in your country.
International Shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. Your total will be shown at checkout.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, Khayr Organics does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the tracking number provided in the email.
Please Note: Khayr Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact the courier used. If however you need assistance, feel free to contact us on khayrcogy@gmail.com. Our representatives will be happy to assist you.
International Customers: Khayr Oranics ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". Khayr Organics does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.
